My experience with juicing has been a rollercoaster for years now . Generally I juice for a week whenever I gain a lot of weight in a short period of time . It is a way for me to reset my body to the habit of eating healthy .
The weight lost result using juicing are pretty visible and drastic. However, I end up gaining the weight back since it’s just water weight .
Juicing should not be use for long term weight lost result. We need more than just fruits to stay balance and healthy . Juicing your fruits or vegetables take away the most import element in them : Fiber . It’s important to have fiber in our body for proper digestion . The more we digest the more weight we will loose. Eating your vegetable raw is the best way to lose weight fast . It doesn’t slow your metabolism like juicing. Eating just raw vegetable and fruits for few days are the best way to reset your body .
Our body need every nutrients (vegetables fruits protein ect…) to stay healthy. Using a juicing diet to lose weight is attainable but perhaps unhealthy. The ultimate goal is to have a well Balance diet and exercise to maintain a healthy weight .
