CABBAGE DETOX SOUP

Ingredients

2 onions

2 green peppers

1 celery

1 potato

2 tomatoes

1 cabbage

salt

pepper

Parsley

Garlic

Instructions

⁃ Clean and cut all the vegetables in pieces . Put them into water in a big deep pan .

⁃ Boil the vegetables for about 35 Min . Mix all the boil vegetables with a stick hand blender

⁃ Season it with salt and pepper. Add the parsley and some other spices like curry, ginger paprika .. (the curry is optional).

⁃ Drink it throughout the day
